Characteristic:

The machine can automatically complete the whole process , including bagging ,measuring , filling , printing the date , cutting and counting , suitable to measure and package powder , material with different  fluid characteristics such as milk powder ,coffee, washing powder , dye , essence, flavors

The machine is a large, vertical, triangular sealing, pillow-shaped bag, intermittent packaging machine. Can automatically complete make bag, measuring, filling, sealing, printing batch number, cutting, counting.

Use screw-type metering volume method, for the purpose of particles larger than 200 Big-bag of packaging powder materials. All materials in contact with the device are wear-resistant stainless steel and non-toxic plastic, in line with the requirements of food and pharmaceutical packaging.

 Apply to packaging those prone to flow or poor liquidity of the powder materials, such as monosodium glutamate, solid beverage, sugar, glucose, feed, solid medicine, pesticide, granular powder additives, fuel and so on.

Packing speed can be rated within the variable speed.

Bag length control by micro computer: use of coaxial encoder controlled and microcomputer to set bag length. Have characteristics of bag length accurate, easy to adjust, simple maintain and reliable.

Dual Temperature for Heat seal: intelligent temperature controller to adjust the temperature can be pre-set. Temperature is accurate, suitable for a variety of packaging materials, good heat balance to ensure the sealing quality.

Photoelectric automatic positioning system: The unique photoelectric positioning technology. It can guarantee a full bag pattern for the packing material of color sample.

Stepless adjustment for loading: Using coaxial optical encoder. Through the microcomputer control achieved within rated stepless adjustment. Structure is simple, control accuracy, stable and reliable.
